- A new generation of in-line scanner: user-friendly
Windows NT®-based software, network compatible,
fully automated measurement
- Simultaneous measurement and evaluation of different
disc properties, for ultra-quick cycle time and result
presentation
- Optical channels with high resolution optics for
precise detection of local defects
- High precision defect classification based on image
processing
- 256 grey-scale zoom image of detected defects
- Closed-loop controlled LED illumination with appropriate
wavelength (including blue light) for optimised signal
contrast
- Detects bumps and bonding gaps
- Disc flatness (tilt) measurement at 8 radial positions
using laser-PSD arrangements
- Space layer thickness measurement
- Cover layer thickness for Blu-ray

- Up to three scanners can be controlled by a single
